Outlets observed by sinks were observed to not be tamper resistant and GFCI. Children cubbies were observed to not be anchored/secured and are a tipping hazard. Floodlights/Motion lights on playground above the garages was observed to not be shatterproof and/or have shatterproof covering on the bulbs.
